  • 10g of minced chive (0.35 oz)
  • 3 finely chopped shallots
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 50g of whipped cream (1.76 oz)
  • 40g of Melfort vinegar (1.41 oz)
  • salt, pepper.

Food processing:

  • Cut the Fromage Blanc into 2cm-side cubes.
  • Add the other ingredients.
  • Mix carefully.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with a slice of toast and decorate with lettuce.
