Alsatian white cheese
- Plain Fromage Blanc
- 10g of minced chive (0.35 oz)
- 3 finely chopped shallots
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 50g of whipped cream (1.76 oz)
- 40g of Melfort vinegar (1.41 oz)
- salt, pepper.
- Cut the Fromage Blanc into 2cm-side cubes.
- Add the other ingredients.
- Mix carefully.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with a slice of toast and decorate with lettuce.
